As a start up company, we were facing some challenging decisions and asked Charlie to consult with us over a 6 month period while we got up and running. She bought a fresh and bright attitude to the business, picking up on small details we had overlooked and handling menial tasks with the same enthusiasm as the bigger aspects. I run a small business from home and I am a single mother to two boys. I had a fall last year, fractured my neck and was bedridden for about 10 weeks. I had limited movement in my hands. My mum came to stay with us and take care of the kids but I was relying on the income from my business to keep me afloat.
I took Charlie on to look after the admin side of things. She responded to emails, took orders, explaining there would be a delayed dispatch, contacted all existing customers about the delays and offered refunds or credits but she was so lovely, none cancelled anything! She worked remotely but as we didn't live far from each other, she also popped in to check on me and bought me homemade cookies.
I am so grateful for her kindness, professionalism and sheer efficiency, during a time when my business could have easily gone under.

I use QTE a few times a year for a variety of things. Things like getting our files, receipts, books etc in order. She can cover admin days last minute if someone is sick, lias with agencies to find labourers and contractors for different projects and generally handle business! Charlie brings a reassuring and professional attitude that encourages a relaxing environment and definitely reduces your stress!
